Hello,

I am 52-year-old scientist, for more than twenty five years working in the Institute of Applied Physics, Military University of Technology. The optical fibre elements technology (standard and microstructural), theory and application concerning non-telecommunication optical fibre usages are my scientific interest.

Especially, all aspects of the light polarisation phenomena in waveguide structures used for sensor construction are interesting for me. From above, I investigate: fibre-optic interferometric and polarimetric sensors and systems; technology of passive and active fibre-optic elements (standard and microstructural); theory of polarised light propagation in bonded medium; application of automatic image recognition, all for the advanced photonics application -> see projects.

I am married with Kristina and have two daughters - Elizabeth (21 years old) and Anna (18 years old).
My hobby is very morning swimming (at six o'clock), very late sleeping (after one o'clock in the night), skiing, and photography -> see relax.
